Job summary

Weather Built Homes, LLC is seeking a Sales/Project Specialist in an in-person, full-time role. Earn via a 100% commission structure with unlimited upside and a strong bonus plan. The position involves preparing proposals, estimating projects, and proactively reaching out to potential customers to grow the business.

You will maintain relationships with homeowners, vendors, and contractors, monitor margins, and close deals. Training and development support are provided to accelerate success.

Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals to prospective customers
• Ensuring accurate estimates, pricing, and adhering to company margins
• Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers
• Maintaining a positive relationship with current customers, vendors, and contractors
• Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines
• Evaluating site conditions and preparing project estimate
• Closing estimates delivered to the customer
• Maintaining proper sales reports
• Monthly bonuses with paid vacations for top earners!
