The position offers a 100% uncapped commission structure with earnings potential between $100,000 and $250,000 annually, along with monthly bonuses and paid vacations for top earners. Candidates will receive training and sales tools to succeed, with responsibilities including preparing estimates and maintaining customer relationships. Work hours vary, encompassing day/evening shifts with weekends as needed. This is a full-time role based in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and proposals to prospective customers.
• Ensuring accurate estimates and pricing while adhering to company margins.
• Identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Maintaining relationships with current customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following guidelines.
• Evaluating site conditions for project estimates.
• Closing estimates delivered to the customer.
• Maintaining proper sales reports.

• Preparing estimates and proposals to prospective customers
