Job summary

Scissors & Scotch is seeking a high-performance sales role where you don't just take orders—you close deals. As a lounge-based closer, you’ll lead the guest experience from check-in to final purchase, driving revenue and membership growth.

You’ll own the lounge flow, craft drinks efficiently, and elevate the guest experience while maximizing add-on services, retail, and liquor sales. Compensation is base pay plus commissions, with gratuity and growth opportunities.
