Job summary

Fi is seeking a Digital & Performance Designer to own the look, feel, and performance of paid and organic social assets and email creative. You will turn briefs into scroll-stopping content across Meta and other platforms, and craft visuals for our email marketing program.

This hands-on role requires design for performance, collaboration with brand and growth teams, and the ability to deliver multiple iterations with data-backed insights.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital design with paid and/or organic social creative and email design.
Proven experience designing performance-driven creative for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Strong static design skills for social and email formats.
Comfort with performance data and creative testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design static creative for paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram; potential TikTok, Pinterest).
Collaborate on visuals for organic social channels and email marketing assets.
Translate campaign goals and performance data into new concepts and iterations.
