Job summary

Club Champion in Willowbrook, IL seeks a Digital Media Director to lead paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels, driving bookings and customer acquisition.

You will own budgets of multi-million dollars, oversee agency partners, and steer analytics, landing page optimization, and cross-channel attribution to maximize ROAS and store bookings. In-person role with a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in multi-million dollar budgets with ROI/ROAS targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, deployment, and optimization of all paid media budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
• Manage 3rd party agency relationships to maximize media efficiency and data integration.
• Lead testing and scaling into AI-driven paid search frameworks to drive incremental bookings.
• Refine ad messaging, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and bookings.
• Own end-to-end analytics and tracking architecture (tags, pixels, server-side tracking, UTM).
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards to leadership.
