NewForm seeks a Growth Analyst to own the creative operation for assigned clients, driving strategy from concept to execution. You will link data insights to creative decisions and work with our in-house content team and external creators to optimize paid ads.

You will analyze performance, refine concepts, and stay ahead of paid ads trends to deliver scalable results for multiple clients from our NYC office.

Qualifications

• Analytical approach to large data trends and signals.
• Clear, effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Ability to quickly assess what makes ad creative successful and scalable.
• Experience coordinating creative production workflows with editors and creators.

Responsibilities
