Job summary

Nashville Public Radio is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the briefing process for creative content. This role requires 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and the ability to analyze performance data to drive new creative directions.

You will manage UGC creators, develop concepts across multiple formats, and ensure that all creative is grounded in real audience understanding. Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with a focus on performance-driven increases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with direct response creative strategy ownership and performance media buying.
• Demonstrated experience writing production‑ready briefs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end briefing process for all creative entering production.
• Analyze creative performance data with the paid media team.
• Manage the UGC creator pipeline end‑to‑end.
