About the Role

411 Locals is looking for a Creative Strategist who understands how to turn simple ideas into high-converting ads that drive real leads for small businesses.

This is not a “brand creative” role.

We’re looking for someone who can create scrappy, effective, conversion-focused ad creatives—especially video—designed to generate calls, form fills, and book jobs for local service businesses like roofers, plumbers, HVAC, and electricians.

Our clients operate on tight budgets, so your work must maximize performance, reduce CPL, and make every dollar count.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) focused on lead generation
• Write high-converting scripts, hooks, and ad copy that speak directly to home service customers
• Create and iterate on video ad concepts (problem → solution → trust → call-to-action)
• Build and manage creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, hooks, angles, formats)
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rate) and optimize creatives accordingly
• Work with editors and UGC creators to produce creatives at scale
• Use AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, creative generation tools, editing tools) to increase output and speed
• Adapt winning DTC-style creatives into local service, high-intent ads
• Collaborate closely with the PPC team to align creative with campaign performance

• 2–5+ years in performance marketing / creative strategy / paid social
• Proven experience creating ads that convert (not just look good)
• Strong understanding of:

• Hook development (first 3 seconds)
• UGC and low-fi video ads
• Experience working with:
• Meta Ads / TikTok Ads
• Lead generation funnels
• Ability to produce and iterate creatives quickly and consistently
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Comfortable working with small budgets and performance constraints
• Hands-on with tools like:
• Adobe Suite / CapCut / Canva
• AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
