Job summary

Suno is seeking a design-led strategist to translate our brand into high-performance paid social creative. You will own concepting, production, and iteration of static and motion assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, delivering compelling content that drives results.

You will partner with the performance marketing team to leverage data, platform conventions, and AI-assisted tools to continuously test, learn, and optimize creative outputs at scale.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative.
• Hybrid graphic and motion design skills with strong animation capability.
• Portfolio demonstrating both craft and performance orientation in paid social.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Deep understanding of paid social hooks, formats, and platform conventions.

Responsibilities

• Translate Suno's brand identity into paid social creative across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Own the full branded creative pipeline including concepting, producing, and iterating on static and motion assets.
• Build and maintain a creative roadmap for testing and production.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to use data and channel feedback as creative inputs.
• Use AI tools to extend creative output and develop scalable production processes.
