Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will lead group exercise classes, assess clients, and tailor workouts to individual needs while promoting health and motivation across diverse populations.

You will provide one-on-one coaching, support incentive programs, and help manage day-to-day operations. Certifications in NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE plus CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA or ACE.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Experience leading group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Minimum of 1+ years in the industry (internships considered).

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective workouts for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to support clients' fitness journeys.
• Assist with implementing incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
