Join our dynamic team as a Performance Coach in a corporate wellness center setting. We are dedicated to helping clients achieve health and wellness goals through customized fitness programs, group classes, and one‑on‑one training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants, ensuring safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Design effective workout programs, including for high‑risk populations.
• Offer one‑on‑one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to support client success.
• Assist with incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs to increase engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current certification from a nationally accredited industry association (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE preferred).
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Proven experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer‑service skills with an outgoing personality.
• Talent for building lasting client relationships.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $30 per hour, depending on site location, specialty, certifications and work experience.
