Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will guide clients through customized fitness programs, lead engaging group classes, and provide personalized training to help clients reach their health goals.

You will assess fitness levels, design plans for a wide range of clients including high-risk populations, and support health-promotion initiatives while contributing to smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including relevant internships.
• Proven experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications
