Job Summary

The Performance & Budget Manager oversees the City's Budget and Capital Improvement Program. This role facilitates strategic and operational resource alignment through budget process management and oversight, financial planning and analysis, and performance management programs. This position supports the City's High-Performance Organization leadership model by ensuring inclusive, broad-based financial and performance processes that engage team members in strategic financial decision-making. This role also addresses various management issues that impact the City's overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Performance & Budget Manager reports to the Performance & Budget Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
