Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a seasoned data analyst for the Center for Performance Excellence in Florida. You will conduct complex data comparisons across multiple internal and external databases and develop clear, accurate, and actionable reports that support performance initiatives.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience with quantitative data, plus advanced skills in spreadsheets, graphics, and relational databases.

Qualifications

Description

Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.

Estimated salary range for this position is $71242.35 - $92615.06 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Masters.

Additional Qualifications

• Masters Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• Experience working with quantitative and statistical data.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
