Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a data analyst to support the Center for Performance Excellence in Florida. You will compare data across multiple sources, develop complex reports, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Minimum three years' experience with quantitative data and advanced spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software is required; Lean principles are desirable.

Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.

Estimated salary range for this position is $65,835.36 - $85,585.97 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master‘s degree may be substituted for two years of experience).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized.
• Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
