Job summary

WeRide in San Jose, CA invites talented students to join the AI team as an intern to help build perception models for autonomous driving. You'll work on real-time CV/ML algorithms and sensor fusion for Level 2-4 systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CS/Robotics degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong programming in C++ or Python.
• Experience in ML, robotics, CV, data mining, or LiDAR.
• Solid foundation in data structures and 3D geometry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy perception and DL models for real-time integration.
• Create and optimize data pipelines for data mining, labeling, training, evaluation.
• Conduct research in perception algorithms for object detection, segmentation, motion prediction.
• Leverage multi-modal sensor fusion for robust autonomous driving architectures.
