Job summary

CityMD in New Jersey is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to produce high quality radiographs following X-ray protocols and Department of Health regulations. You will document studies, coordinate with radiologists, and maintain QC logs to ensure compliance.

The role requires graduation from an accredited X-Ray Technologist program, strong communication skills, and the ability to adjust exposure factors while minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited X-Ray Technologist program.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions to patients during procedures.
• Ability to perform basic X-rays (chest, extremities, etc.) and position/or adjust exposure factors per provider instructions using ALARA principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform common X-ray studies (Chest, Extremity, Spinal, Abdomen).
• Document studies and coordinate with Provider and Radiologist using internal systems.
• Maintain QC logs and regulatory compliance per Department of Health.
