• Evaluates nursing practice and identifies opportunities to enhance patient care.
• Develops educational programs and collaborates with health care providers for staff and patient education.
• Acts as a resource and role model for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Maintains patient safety and compliance with standards; participates in policy development.
