Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• BSN must be pursued within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN acute care experience.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education for skin integrity, ostomies, and incontinence.
• Collaborate with medical staff and community resources to coordinate inpatient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and policy implementation.
• Maintain competency validation and participate in staff development.
• May float to other departments as needed and may be on-call.
