Qualifications

• RN nursing background required or eligible

• CPR certification required on hire

Responsibilities

• Support and model Billings Clinic mission and nursing philosophy
• Use holistic nursing process in plan of care including education and discharge planning
• Plan and document family-centered perinatal care in a safe, therapeutic environment
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain competency with department equipment, pharmacology, labs and radiology findings
• Apply quality improvement principles to enhance patient care
• Set personal growth goals and maintain required certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
