BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem weekend coverage in our home health senior living team. Responsibilities include assessments, wound care, medication reconciliation, and timely documentation, with flexibility to adapt to varied home environments and time-sensitive schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in home health settings.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessments and care accurately.
