Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in a Per Diem, Part-Time, or Full-Time capacity. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, supporting independence with compassion and reliability.

Expect head-to-toe assessments, acute/post-acute care experience, and the ability to triage urgent clinical situations in the home. Flexible scheduling with weekly pay is available for qualified RNs.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Use head-to-toe assessment skills and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
