Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem physicians with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse Northwell provider network. We are placing providers in our East End Long Island centers (Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, Port Jefferson) with 16-hour shifts, and 12-hour centers may also be used across Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, and West Islip.

Qualifications

• BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• 1–2 yrs of urgent care or ER experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints) and reading EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform minor procedures and interpret EKGs and X-rays as needed.
