Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking Per Diem Nurse Practitioners with adult and pediatric experience to join our Northwell-affiliated network on Long Island. You’ll work across our East End centers including Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore and Port Jefferson, with potential 12- or 16-hour shifts.

We offer autonomy with mentoring and on-site staff support, flexible scheduling, and the chance to rotate to multiple locations while delivering high‑quality urgent care in a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in New York
• 2+ years of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Experience treating patients of all ages (6 months and older)

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures, read EKGs and x-rays as needed.
• Collaborate with GoHealth Urgent Care and Northwell Health staff across multiple locations.
