Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved School of Ultrasound.
• Registered in Abdomen or OB within one year of hire.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of ultrasound procedures (general, OB/GYNE, vascular, small parts) per protocol.
• Provide optimal images for diagnostic non-invasive assessment with minimal supervision.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures, adhering to sterile techniques.
• Read department protocols to learn other exams and correlate with prior studies.
• Communicate with lead technologist and radiologist for interpretation and reporting.
