Job summary

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. seeks Traveling Telecommunications Tower Technicians to install, maintain, and repair antenna systems across sites nationwide.

This position requires climbing towers, working in all weather, and extensive travel with 6-week rotations followed by 7–10 day breaks. You will join a team of experienced technicians, receive OSHA training and certifications, and benefit from per diem, a sign-on bonus, overtime pay, and comprehensive health coverage after a waiting

Qualifications

• Tower climbing experience or ability to climb to heights exceeding 300 feet
• Ability to work in all weather conditions year-round
• Some construction and/or electrical experience preferred
• Hands-on work with tools and equipment
• Willingness to travel 6-week rotations with 7–10 day breaks (travel expenses covered)

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations on site
• Install/replace/repair antenna system equipment
• Distribute, pick up, and organize tools and materials
• Read site plans and tower drawings to guide work
• Perform tower inspections and troubleshoot issues with test equipment
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete tasks
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade tower structures and antenna systems
