Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a surgical technologist training program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification within 12 months of hire.
• CPR certification required at time of employment and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Assist Circulator with OR preparation and equipment gathering.
• Prepare drugs and maintain sterile field under RN supervision.
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs and keep instruments and supplies readily available.
