• Maintains a sterile field and anticipates surgeon needs during procedures.
• Monitors sterile field and checks instruments and supplies for readiness.
• Identifies potential intraoperative complications and responds appropriately.
• Maintains inventory of equipment, supplies and instruments; supports team as needed.
• Applies performance improvement principles to improve quality of patient care.
• Meets department/organization safety and competency requirements; pursues personal development.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support department goals.
