Job summary

All Pointe Care, LLC seeks experienced professionals to conduct supervised visitation in the Hartford area. A degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education and one year of experience with children/adolescents and families are required.

Per Diem hours are after school, evenings, and weekends. You will transport children to visits, document observations, and coordinate with supervisors and case managers.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education.
• One year of experience working with children/adolescents and families.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid CT Driver’s License.
• First Aid/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross (or willingness to obtain).
• Provide transportation for visitation and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised visitation in Hartford, New Britain and Torrington areas.
• Transport child(ren) to and from visitation, using personal vehicle.
• Provide objective documentation of visitation observations.
• Communicate with agency supervisor and family case manager.
