Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with course work in computers and office management.
• Experience with staffing/scheduling is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and data organization skills are needed to manage schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Staffing Manager, Administrative Supervisors, Nurse Managers and Staffing Associates to forecast daily staffing needs.
• Maintain staffing office records and create/update daily staffing sheets and schedules.
• Communicate with staff and other departments via telephone, written, and verbal channels.
• Handle data entry and maintenance of multiple data elements with accuracy.
