Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center is a spacious, recently renovated 121-bed facility in metro Boston, MA, offering short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite services. We provide generous PTO, flexible shifts, a 403(b), referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and meaningful shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

We seek graduates of accredited nursing programs with MA RN/LPN licensure and CPR, and we encourage bilingual or multilingual candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year SNF experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
