Qualifications

• Holds a masters degree from an approved college or school of speech/language pathology.
• Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology (as Speech Pathologist).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations upon physician referral to determine problems and goals.
• Plans and treats patients referred to speech/language pathology treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
• Assists in scheduling patient visits for evaluation and treatment; participates in department CQI activities.
