Qualifications

• Master's degree from an approved college in speech/language pathology.
• Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to determine problems and goals.
• Assess patient pain impacting function and contact physician.
• Ensure patient safety and reduce medical errors.
• Formulate teaching plans based on patient learning needs.
