Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and assists in therapy plan development.
• Treats patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.
• Observes and reports patient progress to supervising clinician.
• Instructs patient, family, and caregivers in speech therapy activities.
• Function in diverse home settings and communities.
