Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for per diem coverage across the continuum of care. You will provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice.

We offer $55/hour, onsite care centers, and benefits including PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, wellness reimbursements, and education resources. CPR certification and an active state license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (when applicable).

Responsibilities

• Providing speech-language pathology services across the community continuum of care.
• Following Federal, State, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements and company policies.
• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths and routines.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
