Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents with therapy services across the continuum of care. Compensation is $55/hour with a per diem/as-needed schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current valid state license as described above, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations and treatments across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and policies for care provision and billing.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on strengths and preferences to provide comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.

Skills

CPR Certification

Education

Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.
