Job summary

Allina Health/CKRI seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders within a rehabilitation setting.

As part of a supportive team, you will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care while adhering to regulatory and professional standards. This per diem role features 8-hour day shifts and weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in MN or WI depending on where services are provided.
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license required; MN/WI residents must obtain a valid license within 60 days if providing home care/hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients for communication, cognitive, or swallowing impairments.
• Assess patients and gather data to support therapy plans and reassessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; document and bill per standards.

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - MN

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - WI

Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) or in-house training
