Job summary

Qualifications

• Compassionate, warm, and patient-focused attributes are desired.
• Certification in BLS preferred.
• RDMS and RVT certifications are preferred at radiology sites without ACR accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Performs abdominal, vascular, OB/GYN, and/or transcranial Doppler ultrasound scans.
• Produces images and measurements using various transducers and imaging techniques per physician standards.
• Reviews patient history, orders, and clinical appropriateness; documents scans and prepares preliminary reports.
• Calls preliminary reports to doctors as requested by radiologists.
• Assists physicians with invasive procedures under sonographic guidance.
