Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW is required.
• LSW or LISW licensure is required or preferred.
• Per Diem with flexible scheduling; two shifts per month may be required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel individuals and facilitate groups for psychological or emotional issues (stress, substance use, family situations).
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans in a medical setting; assist with discharge planning; participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
