Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position, but proper customer service skills are required.
• Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but training offered.
• This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Mental Health Techs conduct safety checks on patients, facilitate educational groups, assist nurses in admission and discharge, and support one-on-one sessions daily.
