Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina.
• CCC-SLP preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders and plan interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing; provide caregiver guidance and home programming.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, dietitians, and families; participate in discharge planning and care meetings.
• Document timely clinical notes and billing records; ensure Medicare/compliance adherence.
• Lead in-services and contribute to quality improvement and team initiatives.
