Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver assessment and therapy for individuals with IDD in home and community settings. This field-based role covers communication, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing disorders, with treatment plans developed in collaboration with families.

Applicants must have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and current state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and AAC evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy and training to caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel to home and community-based service locations as required.
