Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem position in Rhode Island. Qualifications

• A current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
• One year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for clients.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation and physician’s orders.
• Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan.
• Educate and instruct patients and family members in rehabilitative care.
• Accurately document observations and evaluations.
