BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem home health role in Wilmington, MA. You will travel to clients’ homes to evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include MA licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC or equivalent, and EMR familiarity. Per diem scheduling offers flexible hours and the chance to support adult and geriatric patients in the Northern Boston area.

Qualificações

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in MA.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent credentials and pursuing certification if applicable.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans.
