Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Senior Living Physical Therapist Assistant to provide age-appropriate services for adults to geriatric patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA supports treatment plans, supervises students/technicians, and documents per facility policies.

This role involves direct patient care in home and facility settings. Requirements include active PTA licensure/certification, CPR, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and weekend

Qualifications

Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
