Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients and care partners.
• Cultural awareness with diverse backgrounds; ability to convey respect.
• Effective communication, transmitting and interpreting ideas, and delegating appropriately.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with health information documentation.
