Job summary

Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their perioperative team. You will assess patients before and after surgeries, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs during surgical procedures and recovery.

The ideal candidate holds NH RN license (or Compact), is BLS certified (ACLS preferred), and has OR experience. This per diem, afternoons/evenings position offers flexible scheduling at a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs before, during, and after surgeries.
• Administer medications and perform wound care as necessary.
• Provide educational resources to patients about pre-surgical testing and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety.
