Job summary

Corewell Health South – Lakeland Hospitals in Michigan seeks an experienced RN to provide professional nursing care across the patient care continuum, from admission through discharge, using the nursing process and patient-family centered principles.

You will collaborate with the care team to develop individualized plans, teach patients and families, and document education in the health record, while adhering to Corewell Health policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing or higher required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing within 5 years preferred.
• MI RN license required; NCLEX must be passed.
• Competency-based orientation program completion required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process from assessment to discharge.
• Incorporate patient-family input in planning and educating on plan of care.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
