Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem, night shifts at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA. The role supports patient care within a collaborative, evidence-based environment, with weekends required and a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM schedule.

Minimum qualifications include an ASN with RN licensure in PA or a compact state and BLS certification. This position offers flexible scheduling and onsite parking, aligning with our mission-based care approach.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania or compact state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital nursing practice standards; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Assist the emergent patient and document on Emergency Room nursing tool.
• Identify patient needs based on objective data and document accordingly.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions to each patient as identified.
• Make decisions reflecting knowledge of facts and sound judgment.
• Discuss with patient and/or family about planned care and document outcomes.
• Identify and utilize a multidisciplinary approach to facilitate delivery of patient care.
