Job summary

Nazareth Hospital, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Registered Nurse for Per Diem Days in a 12 Hour Day Shift in Philadelphia. You will assess patients, plan and modify care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based, individualized nursing care in a Catholic health system.

The RN will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, ensure patient safety, and provide compassionate support across all ages from infants to older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license by PA Board or Compact State.
• Minimum of BLS certification.
• Prior relevant experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify care plans.
• Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures within scope.
• Work as part of Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care using nursing process, environment, and team collaboration.
• Serve patients across age groups (Infant to Older Adult).
